Without pause men carry roses. Where to?
Women change into stars. Why?
Stones roll away boulders. Where to?
Clouds draw back the darkness. Why?
Stars carry stones,
roses men.
Boulders roll away clouds,
men the darkness.
Nothing remains any more. Why?
Women drive up the clouds and roses,
men the stars,
darkness turns to a rockface.
What remain are stones. Where from?
Without pause boulders roll the darkness and roses,
clouds raise stars and women.
What remain are men and stones. When?
Clouds turn to darkness, roses to boulders and women.
What remain are men, stones and stars. For whom?
Clouds of stone, boulders of darkness,
Roses devoid of stars, woman, man.
