Dear Journalists,

Please find below all important information about accreditation and obtaining interviews with PWF authors, as well as downloads and copyright and contact information for press-related activities.

Our press conference will be broadcast live on 29 March at 11 am. You can already send us question by e-mail and during the press conference through our facebook page.

Press accreditation is given to active journalists and press agency correspondents. Only accredited photographers may photograph the Festival.

Accredited journalists are granted open access to Festival conversations and readings and to the Press Center at the New Stage | National Theatre. Journalists may also request interviews with participating authors. Accreditation for interviews ends on the 3 April. Accredition for general coverage will be accepted until 9 April.

Accreditation cards are available for pickup in the Festival office and in the Festival's Press Center in the opening hours. We are unable to mail out press cards; you must pick them up at the PWF office or the New Stage Press Center.

The Press Center at the New Stage | National Theatre will open daily at 2pm, 14 - April 18 April. It is reserved for accredited journalists only.

Journalists will have access to photos and printed documents. Computers and free WiFi will be provided.

The Press Center is meant to be a quiet space for working, relaxing, and conducting interviews with Prague Writers' Festival authors and staff.

If you wish to conduct a private interview with one of our writers, you must contact us in advance by filling the accreditation form.

Please be informed that private interviews will be granted as allowed by the authors' schedules.

If you would like to cancel or postpone a scheduled interview, please contact us as soon as possible.
