Corin Curschellas

Corin Curschellas was born in 1956 in Chur, in the Rhaeto-Romanic part of Switzerland.

She received a teaching diploma for drama at the Academy Zurich, and in music and science at the University of Zurich.  Composer, musician, singer and songwriter, she travels extensively on all continents playing a “personal pop” and experimenting with her artistic vision called “Opposites in Harmony or Music without Frontiers”.  Curschellas has recorded in Swiss German, Romansh, English, French, German, Italian, and Bolo-Bolo, and played concerts and festivals all over the world. Curschellas’ latest CD Grischunit – Voices of rumantsch was released in 2008.

She lives in Zürich, New York and Paris, and is currently working on a joint project with Christine Lauterburg and Walter Bock called “Echo”.
