Miroslav Holub: Emptiness
19. April 2010 12:26
The limits of emptiness: emptiness begins where the limits of man end.
The limits of man as the principle of arranging and determining, seeing and conceiving a plan against the entropy of dead things.
The limits of man expand and contract, pulse with his energy.
And emptiness is greatest where man was rather than where he was not.
Interstellar space is not empty, but there is no worse emptiness than a house in ruins.
Or a thought that has come to nothing.
Observing the stars, we experience an emptiness which is not theirs.
